Shipping Policy

Orders from Recherche are thoughtfully prepared and carefully packaged before beginning their journey to you.

Processing Times

Please allow 2 to 4 business days for your order to be prepared for shipment.  During launches, holidays, or periods of higher order volume, processing may take slightly longer. 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and the delivery destination. 

Vintage Pieces

Many of our vintage offerings are one-of-a-kind and may require additional care in packaging.  Fragile pieces will be wrapped and packed with particular attention to helping them arrive safely.

Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.  Delivery estimates provided by the carrier are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control. 

Incorrect Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.  If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.  Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to redirect it.
